Privacy Policy

What this website collects, why, and what control you have over it. Written to be readable rather than to be impressive.

What this policy covers

This policy explains what information CogniFortPlus.org collects when you visit, why we collect it, and what choices you have. It applies to this website only. It does not cover the official retailer's checkout, which operates under its own privacy policy — read that separately before entering payment details anywhere.

Information you give us directly

The only place on this site where you can submit information is the contact form, which asks for your name, email address, a topic and a message. We use that solely to answer you. We do not add contact-form addresses to a mailing list, sell them, rent them or share them for marketing.

Please do not send us medical information. We are not a healthcare provider, cannot advise on symptoms or conditions, and would rather you took those questions to a doctor who can actually help.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records standard technical data when a page is served: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, the pages requested, the referring page and the time of the request. This is used to keep the site running, diagnose faults and understand which pages people find useful in aggregate.

We may use analytics tooling that reports visitor numbers, page popularity and general geographic region at a country or regional level. Analytics reporting of this kind is aggregated and is not used to build a profile of you as an individual.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This site may use them to remember display preferences, to support analytics measurement, and — because we are an affiliate publisher — to record that a visit to the retailer originated here so that any commission is attributed correctly.

Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies through its settings. Blocking them will not prevent you reading anything on this site. If you would rather not be tracked across sites generally, browser privacy settings and tracking-prevention features are the most effective control available to you.

Affiliate links and third parties

Links to the official retailer are affiliate links. When you follow one, the retailer may record that the referral came from this site so any commission can be attributed. From that point on, the retailer's own privacy policy governs the information you provide to them — including anything you enter at checkout. We never see your payment details, card numbers, delivery address or order history.

This site also links to external resources such as the FDA, the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements and the FTC. Those organisations operate their own privacy policies and we have no control over their practices.

How long information is kept

Contact-form correspondence is kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any reasonable follow-up. Technical server logs are retained for a limited period for security and diagnostic purposes and are then discarded. We do not maintain a customer database, because we do not have customers — purchases happen entirely on the retailer's side.

Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect this website and any correspondence it generates, including encrypted connections. No method of transmitting data over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive personal or financial information by email.

Children

This website is intended for adults. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it. Dietary supplements of this kind are not intended for people under 18.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or request deletion. Because we hold very little — essentially just any email correspondence you have initiated — such requests are usually simple to handle. Write to [email protected] and we will respond.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes or as legal requirements evolve. The revision date at the top of the page shows when it was last amended. Continuing to use the site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.

Contacting us

Questions about this policy can be sent to [email protected] or through our contact page. Queries about an order you have already placed must go to the retailer that processed it, as we have no access to those records.
