Bought one bottle to see what it was like. A month isn't long and I'll be straight about it — I didn't notice much in that window, which the site does actually warn you about. I've since ordered three more because I'd rather give it a real go than write it off early. No complaints about how it sits with me, and it doesn't interfere with sleep.

What People Following the Routine Have Said
Personal accounts shared by customers, published as written. They are individual experiences rather than clinical results, and they do not predict what anyone else will find.
How to read supplement reviews — including these
Reviews on a seller's own website are selected by the seller. That is true here as much as anywhere, and pretending otherwise would undermine the point of the rest of this site. What we can tell you is what we have not done: there are no invented star ratings, no aggregate score, no fabricated review counts, no doctors, and no accounts describing a medical condition improving.
The most useful thing in any review is usually the specific detail — what the person wanted, how long they took it, what they were comparing it against. The least useful is enthusiasm without any of that. Apply the same filter to the six accounts below that you would apply anywhere else.
What sold me was the ingredient list being readable. I'd looked at three other products that week and every one of them hid everything behind a blend name, which I've learned to walk away from. This is easy to swallow, no aftertaste, and I take it with breakfast so I don't forget. Fairly unremarkable in the good sense.
I'm retired and I do crosswords and a fair bit of woodwork, so I wanted something to go alongside keeping busy rather than instead of it. My wife takes it too. We've both been on it since the spring. I couldn't give you a dramatic story and I'd be suspicious of anyone who could, but it's become part of the morning and I don't mind that at all.
I teach middle school, which means my day is basically noise and interruptions from eight until four. I wanted something that wouldn't wind me up further, and the caffeine-free part was non-negotiable after a pre-workout powder experience I'd rather not repeat. Three months in it's just part of the routine now. That's about as exciting as my review gets.
I'm a project manager and I was getting frustrated at how often I'd leave a meeting without a clear memory of what I'd agreed to. I did also start writing things down properly around the same time, so I'm honestly not sure how to divide the credit. I've stayed on it because it's cheap enough per day and it hasn't given me any trouble.
My mother had memory problems late in life so I'll admit I came at this a bit anxious. What I appreciated was that the site was clear it doesn't treat anything and told me to see a doctor if I was worried, which I did, and everything was fine. I take it now as one part of looking after myself. The honesty is a big part of why I bought it.
What we will not publish
- Reviews claiming a disease was treated, prevented or improved.
- Testimonials attributed to doctors or other medical professionals.
- Star ratings or aggregate scores, which are trivially easy to fabricate and impossible for a reader to verify.
- Accounts describing dramatic changes within days, which no botanical routine could reasonably produce.
- Anything written by someone who has not used the product.
Common threads worth noticing
Two things come up repeatedly across the accounts above. The first is time: the customers who report the most settled impressions are the ones who ran the routine for months rather than weeks, which is consistent with how the underlying botanicals have been studied.
The second is caffeine, or its absence. Several people arrived here after a stimulant-based product disrupted their sleep — which, for anyone trying to think more clearly, is a fairly self-defeating trade. That feedback is a large part of why the formula is built the way it is.
If you want the reasoning behind the formula in full, the ingredients hub covers all five botanicals and the routine page covers the daily habit.
